Team's Message:
"Amidst the financial crisis affecting our country, Dagupan City firmly believes that Christmas is a time of peace and unity. A time to show unconditional love and concern for others. We are reminded that God gave His only Son Jesus Christ to be our source of inspiration, to unite and to share the love He has bestowed upon us. This Christmas celebration, family reunions is an opportunity to solidify our family ties. For in the family, cultural values and tradition are nurtured and kept alive from one generation to generation. Unity also among the local government official, during the candle ceremony shown in the video symbolizing a renewed commitment with the local constituents in their commitment in making Dagupan City an ideal place to live not only for the elders but specially for children. Making Dagupan City as a child-friendly City. As the hardworking Mayor Alipio F. Fernandez, Jr., once said, "Together We Dream, Together We Achieve.""
